WINTER COMFORTS
Discover your inner chef this winter with classes for cooks of all levels. Choose a class that will bring you the comfort and joy of home cooked food in the New Year. We have some of Madison's best restaurant chefs and instructors, so whatever your level of expertise, there is always something new and exciting to learn. Bring a friend or come by yourself and meet others who share the passion for learning and good food.
Please remit completed registration forms by SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 19th at 5:30 p.m. for the best selection of classes. Classes will be filled by random selection from all completed forms received by that date and time, and on first-come, first-served basis thereafter.

Complete our online registration form (OrangeTreeImports.com) or fax (255-8404), mail, or drop off your completed form:
· Please include all required information for each party attending
· Offer a 2nd or 3rd choice in the box provided if applicable
· Limit your group to just 2 people. There are only 8-10 spots in each class.
· Note desired # of classes
BEFORE SUBMITTING (online), PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) If you prefer to electronically submit your form to our secure site, please include your credit card or gift card information before submitting. Press SUBMIT and this will complete the process. You may print a copy of the confirmation screen for your records.
2) If you prefer to pay by credit card or gift card but don’t wish to use the online option, or prefer to pay by check, press PRINT. CHECKS MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR REGISTRATION FORM. The form may then be either: Faxed (608-255-8404), mailed, or dropped off.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Fees are refundable only if we receive your cancellation 7 days in advance of the scheduled class or we can find a replacement for you. Orange Tree Imports reserves the right to cancel a class in the event of an emergency or due to insufficient registration, and will refund all class fees.
STUDENT DISCOUNT
On the day of class, you will receive a 10% discount on all white or red-tagged merchandise (excluding electrics). The store will remain open for 30 minutes after class and the Orange Tree Imports staff is available for any questions or assistance you may need.
