Registration for the Spring 2008 Session officially begins on SATURDAY, MARCH 8th 5:30 p.m. Please have all your forms in before that time for the best selection of classes! Classes will be filled by random selection from all completed forms received by that date and time, and on first-come, first-served basis thereafter. Registration forms may also be downloaded online from our website:www.orangetreeimports.com. All forms must be either mailed, faxed (608-255-8404), or dropped-off. We're happy to answer phone inquiries, but regret that we cannot hold places or take registrations over the phone.

Improve your chances of getting the classes you want by following these tips:

• Please include ALL required personal information. If you wish to register with another person, all forms must be presented together and you MUST include name, address, and phone numbers for both parties. Forms missing required information will be returned.

• Limit your group to just two people. There are only 8-10 spots in each class.

• Provide a second and third choice(indicating your preference on the form).

The waiting lists for these classes are usually quite long. For this reason, we appreciate a call as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. You are welcome to send someone in your place. Fees are refundable only if we receive your cancellation seven days in advance of the scheduled class or if we are able to find a replacement for you.

Please call us if you will be delayed. This helps ensure that class begins on time.

Occasionally, you will receive a letter or phone call regarding an opening in a class or a rescheduled class. We ask that you please respond by the deadline given. If we have not heard from you by that date, we will offer the opening to the next person on the waiting list.

Orange Tree Imports reserves the right to cancel a class in the event of an emergency or due to insufficient registration, and will refund all class fees. We will try to reschedule a class whenever possible. Including your work phone number makes it easier for us to reach you in the event of a last-minute cancellation.

Don't forget that as a Cooking School student, you will receive a 10% discount on all white or red-tagged merchandise (excluding electrics) on the day of your class. The store will remain open for 30 minutes after class and the Orange Tree Imports staff is available for any questions or assisstance you may need.
