Orange Tree Imports Cookbook
The Orange Tree Imports Cooking School celebrated its 10th anniversary in 1991 with the publication of this collection of prize recipes from over 50 of our Cooking School instructors and Orange Tree Imports staff. Many of these recipes have been taught at the Cooking School by instructors who are experts in pastries, pasta making, soups, bread baking, ethnic cuisines, edible flower cooking, and many other specialties. We hope you enjoy preparing them for your co-workers, family, and friends.
All proceeds from sales of this cookbook benefit The Ronald McDonald House® of Madison, built in 1992. The Madison Ronald McDonald House® provides a home away from home for seriously ill children receiving medical treatment at the University of Wisconsin Hospital.
